KKCenterHK N.Nail 2.5mm Mix Heart Glitter Review & NOTD
I have always loved heart nail arts but I am still not so good in creating perfect heart shapes. I adore the collection KKCenterHK has. Recently I reviewed their nail art brushes which are really superb (Read my review HERE). Heart nail art designs can never go wrong and when you have colorful heart nail art studs you have so many options to decorate your nails beautifully. Today I am going to review KKCenterHK N.Nail 2.5mm Mix Heart Glitter.

MBT says-
KKCenterHK N.Nail 2.5mm Mix Heart Glitter comes in a small and cute clear plastic jar with a black screw top lid. The jar is quite light and can be easily carried around in bag. The heart studs come in various colors- red, green, blue, golden, silver, pink, purple, light pink etc. I love how colorful they look in the jar and these would instantly make you fall for them. They are made from plastic with 2.5mm diameter. The hearts are flat that allows them to adhere on the base polish easily. They are easy to apply and look really pretty and elegant on nails.

The jar is full of colorful heart studs so I am sure it would last really long. They are easy to hold and do not tend to stick to each other. Although these studs are small in size, they are really easy to apply on nails. I make sure to apply a top coat over my base coat and apply these heart studs lightly on my nails on the desired position using a wet tip orange stick. I also make sure to seal the studs with a top coat to make them last longer. I also use it with nail art glue and it really lasts longer than applying the top coat. I simply pour a drop of glue on my nails where I want to place the heart and put and press it lightly on my nails using orange stick. I really do not feel the need to seal it with a top coat when using nail art glue. The mix heart studs lasts on my nails for a good 5-6 days with glue and around 2-3 days with a top coat without losing (I do not do household chores!). They look really romantic, pretty and elegant on my nails. They do not lose their luster and feels really light on my nails as if I have nothing on. You can create many designs using these studs. I created nail art using these studs on shattered nail polish and got so many compliments. It would also look pretty when you apply these heart studs over black nail polish. If you are a bride to be, I would suggest you to check it out. I am definitely going to use these pretty heart studs on my D day.

On my nail art below, I had used Colorbar Nail Polish in Blue Lagoon as base polish and then applied OPI Shatter Nail Polish in Black (Read review HERE) on middle and ring fingers. I then used the nail art glue and applied hearts of various colors all my nails.

Frosty Nails by mymakeupmania

The other day I found Walking Dead show on the local TV and I immediately got into it. I bought this whole series from the very beginning and I'm watching it all the time basically lol~ I often compare it the LOST and I just love this show~
And I rounded my nail again lol~ Will see how long this shape last.
I made this nail art a few days ago and haven't posted it yet ( everything because of the Walking Dead, I can't stop watching it ). It is a very simple stamping nail design.
How To DIY:
1. Apply base coat to protect natural nails.
2. Apply 2 coats of blue sand finish polish.
3. Stamp some snowflakes, I used white sp.p and QA31 i.p.
4. Apply some white glitter polish to the cuticle area and sprinkle white glitters on top.
5. Seal everything with a good layer of clear top coat.

Let me know what do you think of this nail art? Would you wear it for yourself?
For the main background color I used Etude House Dear My Nails #BL601 in Sapphire Blue Sand. I have 2 layers on without top coat. It's a sand finish and feels a bit sandy to the touch. Beautiful blue polish with blue micro glitters and chuncky purple particles to it, it looks especially beautiful with glossy top coat on! Awesome nail polish!!
And here is the white glitters I used for this nail art. It is from KKCenterHK. Color: B0100A click HERE to see more details about this product.

Neon Green Christmas Tree :) By zebra-nails

After floral mani that I showed in my previous post I want to show you more season appropriate manicure :).
I used Orly Star Spangled as a base and Essence Make It Golden to make the gradient.
On the accent nail I placed neon green circle studs that I got from KKCenterHK. The size of studs is only 2mm, so they can be used in many different manicures :).
On top of a Christmas tree I put a gold star and finished my manicure with a layer of top coat.
What do you think? :)

You can get neon green studs here for 4,50 $. The pack contains approx 100 studs.
Don't forget to use code ZEBRA-NAILS for 10% off from your order on the KKCenterHK (until the 31-st of January 2014).

*Some of the product(s) in this post was(were) sent me for review. For more information read my Disclosure Policy.

SERDUSZKA By lakierownia

Hunger Hearts - Effie Trinket Nail Art! By naileditnz

I got this cute little container of hearts to play around with from KKCenterHk, and ended up with the most extreme, colourful and over-the-top nail art ever! They looked like something you'd find in the Capitol (from The Hunger Games) and in particular, on Effie Trinket's nails.

While I identify with Katniss more, I still LOVE these nails! They stayed on really well too; I decided to change my nails four days later and they were still perfect - not even any tip wear.
I'll have a tutorial for these coming soon on YouTube - it's second on my to-do list.

The nail polishes I used for this manicure are:
Sally Hansen - Himalayan Blue
Sally Hansen - Without a Stitch
Maybelline Color Show - Paint the Town
Maybelline Color Show - Fierce N Tangy
Maybelline Color Show - Born With It
Nubar - Rouge
Nubar - Royal Blue
Jordana - Lavender Fields
China Glaze - Purr-fect Plum

If you look closely, you'll see that I accidentally used silver hearts on the right hand instead of light pink. I guess it was too reflective in my room! I started out this design with a rough idea of what I wanted, but the idea just kept getting crazier. Initially it was just going to be a gradient on each nail and one heart of the corresponding colour at the top. But then I decided to make it three glitter hearts, and then there were suddenly hearts everywhere.

The hearts are 2.5mm across and are just adorable. These are probably one of my favourite things I've reviewed from KKCenterHk. There are so many hearts in there too - I'm not going to bother to hazard a guess. You won't run out. The variety of colours is great; it means that there is so much you can do with them. If you go to this page here and scroll down you can see a bunch of other designs other people have done with them.

You can buy these hearts at KKCenterHk here for $7.20 US. I've got a 10% off code you can use, too! Put in nailedit1 when you check out :).

A Sweet Mani for a Sweet Girl By nailistayco

Hola chicas!

Hello girls! Today I have a very girly manicure to show. I started with two coats of Rosa Pastel by Bissú and then one coat of Girly by Revlon. Girly was shining a lot, so to mute it a bit, I added one coat of French Manicure by Maybelline Forever Strong Pro. My index finger has Keep Calm, Paint On by China Glaze and then with the help of tape and some zig zag scissors I did a zig zag pattern with Cloud Nine by Color Club. The hearts are from KKCenterHK from the small pot I showed you before.

You probably have heard about the passing of Talia Joy due to cancer. Although I hadn't heard of her before she died (yes, I have been living under a rock, he he), I wanted to join in someway to the Mint Manis for Talia Joy tribute that Nicole from Nail Polish Wars put together last friday. I was amazed by how the nail community got together and shared their mint manis in honor of this girl! It was beautiful to see... I'm sure she was smiling down on all her followers. I wanted to do it but I really wasn't feeling the color at the moment. But I did this instead, thinking of her <3

Hasta la próxima!
Until next time!
