Hi Ladies!
Sorry about a short disappearance. I've been having a health issue recently, I was diagnosed last week with lumbar herniated disc so blogging was the last thing on my mind.
I hope all of you had a great holiday time with your families and Happy 2012!
I'm going to talk about false lashes today. I don't wear false lashes very often because most of the lashes I've tried have always managed to look fake. I want long thick lashes and big eyes but not so much that it's very apparent that they're not real.
I've finally managed to find some natural looking false lashes that I can wear during the day or at night. These definitely bring out my eyes but they never look over the top.
I got these lashes from KKcenterHK. They're called ES A813 10 Pairs Natural Short Cross Black False Eyelashes if you're interested in trying them out. You can go to the product HERE.
It comes in a box of 10 and it's only $8. I've already used the one I'm wearing in these pictures twice and it's still in perfect condition. So if you wore each pair 3 times, you would get 30 uses out of this product.

I'm not the best at applying false eyelashes but have picked up some tips over time. First of all, using too much eyelash glue ruins everything! I never apply the glue directly onto the eyelashes now. I put some glue on a piece of paper and then pick up the eyelashes with tweezers. I touch the eyelashes to the glue using the tweezers so that the glue goes on there just barely. Just make sure to get the ends properly or they will stick out when you place them on your eyes.
I again use the tweezers to place the lashes as close to my real eyelashes as possible. I generally place it on the center and then use my fingers to stick the two ends around the curves of my eyes. Of course, don't forget to measure and cut the lashes according to your eye length and also move the lashes from side to side to improve their flexibility before applying.
I've been wearing these false lashes two days in a row and I can't even feel them when they're on. They're super light and never bother me. This is great because usually they're so bothersome that I can't help but peel them off in a couple of hours.
Do you wear lashes often? What's your favorite type and do you have any tips to share with us about applying false lashes?
