 Hello everyone. I received from the  kkcenterhk some Halloween water decals with witches and vampires.
Water decals are very easy to apply and look quite stunning on the nails in just a few minutes.


What you need to do to apply water decals:
1-Paint your nails with a  colourful or clear nail polish
2-Cut the design and dip it in water for 30s
3-Slide the design out of the paper and apply it to the nail

For the design I choose red and black has background has i thought would be quite Halloweenish.  Are you going to  celebrate Halloween?
