Francesa con estrellas. By aanyol

KKcenterHK product review By ramblesofapolishaddict

These Products were sent to me free of charge in exchange for my honest opinion***

The blue package under is the nail studs which you can find here and the star shaped glitter can be found here. The glitter is a lot bigger than I was expecting, and also the fact that it's packed as full as possible is also a huge plus. the size of the studs are a lot smaller than I was thinking they would be, but I love them just the same!

This is the look I put together using the items. I wasn't sure at all what to do with the stars, but I thought, why not a jelly sandwich? And it was perfect and looks like a fancy indie polish but it's really just cheap dollar store polish and some glitter! I used a base of two coats of wet n wild mega last on all fingers then a coat os la colors confetti which I stuck the stars into while still wet, then I put one coat of la color la creme on top of that. I love the look it gave!

Just a warning though. The stars DO curl and peel up if not properly stuck down to the nail. I have a couple start to come up before I even got a chance to top coat it, and even after they still poked through. So just be sure you stick them down well and then coat a top coat/polish over them well to be sure they stay in place!

For the studs, the minute I seen them I knew instantly I wanted to do a quilted pattern so for my accent nail, I grabbed my striping tape and a black cream polish and got to work! After the black dried a bit, I added a clear coat, and then dipped a tooth pick into clear polish to use to pick up the tiny little studs and place them on the nail onto the wet clear polish, then I topped it off with my top coat. It got a little un even and messy but otherwise I really like how it came out and the studs stay in place perfectly! I especially like how they lay flat. Like, you can see them, and it's obvious they're studs, but they're flat and don't stick up off the nail too much. They're perfect!

What do you think of these? Would you buy these products?

KKCenterHK Review By justanotherpolishjunkie

Hi all, recently I was asked to do my first review for the online store KKcenterHK .

Their nail art decorations are really cute and there are so many to choose from! I received N.Nail 2.5mm mix star glitter (NNAIL-Mix-Star-2-5-mm) .

I picked out some of the gold stars for my mani because I like to keep things the same. I'm really happy with how they turned out. The stars were incredibly easy to use and they look really nice.

I've never used studs before but I found it to be extremely easy. Make sure you work with one nail at a time, use a slow dry top coat and place the studs where you want them to be. I then finished it off with a coat of seche vite. Unfortunately the stamping that I did got a little smudged but overall I'm happy with the final results. The studs look really cute as the flower centres too.
My experience with this company has been very positive and I will definitely be purchasing from them in the future. As an added bonus they have offered my readers a 10% off for orders valid until 31st Jan 2014. Simply use the code "justanotherpolishjunkie" how great is that!
Thanks for reading, bye for now,
- Naomi

KKCenterHK Star Glitter Review By paintthosepiggies

KKCENTERHK STAR GLITTER REVIEW

 *Product Provided for Review*
Happy Sunday everyone!  I hope everyone is having a good weekend.  I've had fun hanging out with friends and going to a barbeque last night but I am happy to be relaxing today :)  Today I have a really cool product provided byKKCenterHK.  I chose to review some bright star glitters which can be found here.  These stars are multi-colored 2.5 mm glitter packaged in a handy plastic twist-top container.  I created a nude and neon mani with OPI Don't Pretzel My Buttons and OPI My Paprika is Hotter Than Yours and then added star glitter down the middle by using tweezers and placing them into wet topcoat.

These star glitters are very lightweight and thin making them perfect for nail art.  These star glitters retail for $8.00 and come with more glitters than I think I could use in a lifetime :)  These are a really great value and I could see using them in a lot of cool designs.

KKCenterHK was nice enough to provide a 10% off coupon for my readers.
