Motylem jestem... ;) by yasinisi

No dobra.. Może niekoniecznie, ale tytuł sam mi się nasunął i inaczej być nie mogło..

Mam dziś dla Was recenzję ozdoby otrzymanej już jakiś czas temu od sklepu KKCenterHK

Para motylków kosztowała aż 4 dolary, więc dużo jak za dwie ozdoby, nawet jeśli można je wykorzystać wielokrotnie.. Aktualnie nie ma ich na stanie, ale podaję link dla wszystkich zainteresowanych --> KLIK

Przyznam, że zaskoczyła mnie ich wielkość.. Myślę, że na zdjęciach doskonale widać, że nie dość że są spore same w sobie to jeszcze wyraźnie wypukłe.. Wielokrotnie widywałam w internecie zdjęcia mani z tego typu ozdobami i choć wygląda to super, to nie wyobrażam sobie noszenia tego na co dzień.. Czy ktokolwiek nosi takie duże ozdoby na paznokciach, czy też używa się ich tylko do sesji i zdjęć?? Oświecicie mnie??

A wracając do samych motylków.. Wykonane są solidnie, wyglądają fajnie, ale dlaczego są tak duże??

Gdyby były mniejsze, cieńsze, z chęcią bym je nosiła, a tak.. No cóż.. Na zdjęciach się skończyło..

This is my 2nd time doing the Matching Manicure. I have wrote about it here. Basically couple of bloggers are doing a theme manicure every Sunday and sometimes I like to join them. This time the theme was Skittlette which I have never done, so I just had to join them.

Honestly I didn't even know what skittlette was, so I had to google it. It is a manicure where you paint 2 nails the same, and you can do whatever you like with the rest. This product was sent to me for my honest review, pretty nail decals I can't stop looking at, I suggest you paint a couple of coats of clear nail polish to the back of the decal to preserve the image.

Pillangós manikűr By lakkhatalom

 Sziasztok!

Pár héttel ezelőtt felkeresett a KKCenterHK képviselője, hogy lenne-e kedvem tesztelni egy-két körömdíszítő terméküket. Mivel ez volt az első ilyen jellegű felkérésem, ráadásul semmilyen extra kötelezettséggel nem járt, így szívesen választottam a kínálatukból.

Mivel a dísz magában is elég feltűnő egy visszafogott lakkot választottam alapnak, a Catrice Mint Me Up-ját.

 

 Ez a kicsit barokkos, aranypelyhekkel teletömött menta árnyalat szerintem nagyon jól passzol a kis lepkékhez. A lakkot két rétegben vittem fel, majd egy kis pöttynyi ragasztót használtam a lepkék rögzítéséhez.

Mivel 3D körömdíszről beszélünk, ezért természetes volt, hogy kilóg a körmöm síkjából. Eleinte azt gondoltam, hogy ez biztosan zavarni fog, de nem így volt. Teljesen jól bírta még a konyhai munkákat is és mivel lekerekített a szárnyak vége, így nem is igazán akadt bele semmibe.

 

Nem mondom, hogy egy hétköznapi viselet, de időnként feldobni a manikűrünket szerintem nagyon jópofa megoldás.

KKCenterHk Butterfly Nail Gem Review By chameleonstampede

Today I have a butterfly... perfect for summer!  And, on a side note, it looks like sunshine has FINALLY made it to the midwest!

I was drawn to this butterfly because it looks similar to a monarch.  I really love the color and the little dots.  It doesn't look at all like a cartoon butterfly and has a gorgeous realistic coloring to it.

I prepped the back of the gem with a swipe of clear coat and let it dry while I did my mani to protect the design since the back is papery.  I used 2 coats of China Glaze Riveting as my base and attached the butterfly with clear polish.  It would stick longer with glue, but if you only wear them for a day at a time and you don't plan to do much with your hands, polish works fine.  If you don't think you have a steady hand, you could use tweezers or even take an orange stick with a drop of clear coat on the tip to pick up the gem and place it on your nail.

The only thing I would change about this gem is the size.  I have very rounded nail beds, so the wing sticks up a bit more than I'd like it to.  But, if you have flatter nail beds this may not be as much of an issue.

Yes, that is actually a butterfly on my nail! By polishedelegance

I have been lucky enough to be asked by KKCenterHK to review a couple of products for them, and when I got the opportunity to choose what I wanted to review, of course I chose the pink 3D butterfly! I really love butterflies, I even have a butterfly tattoo :-O

I wanted to do a skittlette inspired by ChitChatNails, so I started by applying two coats of OPI - My Boyfriend Scales the Walls on all nails except my pinky. On my pinky I applied two coats of IsaDora - Pink Crush (gorgeous polish!!). Then I sponged a gradient on my ring and middle finger with OPI - Can't Find My Czechbook. I applied a thick coat of top coat to my ring finger and stuck the butterfly on while it was still wet. I pressed the butterfly down pretty hard on my nail, so the polish sort of "grabbed" around it. For a final touch I added white dots to simulate the butterfly flying and dots og Pink Crush at the base of my index and thumb.

Isn't it CUTE?! :D I love these colors together, so bright and summer-like.

And the butterfly is so pretty, I'm not exactly sure what kind of material it is made of, but it looks like some kind of clear plastic. It's stiff and will poke out if you have very curved nails like me. But the edges are smooth so you won't scratch yourself. On their website it says to apply with nail glue, I only used top coat, and I only had it on for a little over 24 hours, but it went through showering, cleaning, a day at work and general life, and it showed no signs of loosening. 

I removed it by dipping a brush in nail polish remover and painting around the butterfly. It really took forever, so I'm pretty sure it would have stayed on for a few days if I hadn't taken it off (if I could avoid picking at it of course). There was some polish stuck to the butterfly after I took it off, so I tried to remove that as well, but I ended up taking with me some of the backing! So be careful when cleaning it up, and you will be able to use it again :)

This exact butterfly called "BLUESEA-TB03C" and it is unfortunately sold out at the moment, but they have many other butterflies in all kinds of colors to choose from, as well as other fun shapes!

The butterflies come in a pack of two and cost $4, but they feel like good quality and I'm sure that if you remove them carefully they can be used multiple times. However, I'm just noticing as I type this that the details on the butterfly pictured here are slightly washed out, while the details on the butterfly on my other hand are much better! That's not very cool... Wish I had noticed that before I did the mani so I could have the best butterfly in the pictures :-/
