KKCenterHK Cute Floral Nail Patch By adekumalaputri

*Sponsored Post*
Hello everyone!
Today I'm back with another post about nail patch, kindly sponsored by KKCenterHK. And you can also read my previous post about the other nail patch from them HERE.

So, I chose this super-cute floral pattern because the design looks so amazing! *o*

It comes with two sets of six nail patches in various sizes, but unfortunately they're still too big for my small nails duhh >__<

How to apply them:
- Select the size that fits your nail
- Gently remove the nail wrap holding the silver strip
- Hold nail wrap by the silver strip and place the rounded side at nail base sticky side down
Note: you can gently pull off and reposition without damaging the strip
- Firmly smooth the nail surface until wrinkle free
- Fold the excess of the nail strip under the nail, then gently file off the excess

How to remove them:
Use nail polish remover

It looks so cute, right? I still remember that I screamed when I found a picture of this cute nail patch on their website for the first time lol xD

I use a nail clipper to cut off the excess of the nail patches on my nails~
Sorry it's still not perfect, and you can see some wrinkles on my nails, but at least I've tried my best, you know! ^^

I use a top coat on them, and it lasted for about five days~

I highly recommend you to try this nail patch for the instant pretty-and-cute-floral nails! It's perfect for any special occasions, and for busy people because you don't have to wait it until dry~ But unfortunately I found out that this nail patch has been sold out on their website now, ughh I hope they will be restock this nail patch as soon as possible! However.. you can still chose other patterns, because they provide TONS of other cute patterns on their website ^^

Don't forget to use my code 'adekumalaputri' to get 10% discount for all items!! (Valid until January 31st 2014)

So.. have you ever tried a nail patch before, girls??

Thanks for reading and have a lovely day ^^

See ya~

Cute Flower Nail Patches by demelzasworld

When you don’t have any time to do your nails and you need something that will last for a while nail patches/wraps are the way to go! Easy to apply and they last for days! Let’s check them out!
How to use them:
1. Make sure your nails are clean
2. Apply your base coat (I always do this because I want to protect my nails, if you want you can skip it)
3. Choose the size that fits your nail
4. Gently remove the nail patch and  apply it on your nail, start just above your cutile and then work your way up. Don’t push to hard because if you don’t like the way it’s on your nail you can remove it slowly and try again!
5. Press the patch firm on your nail if you have it the way you like it
6. At the end of your nails fold the excess of the patch down and wrip it off. Try to do it without damaging your nail patch thats on your nail and try to have a little bit of nail patch left so you can fold that underneath your nail, this way they will last longer!
7. Apply a top coat to make the patches last
These flower patches are from KKCenterHK. Don’t they look AMAZING? This isn’t the first time that I’m wearing nail patches so I’m already kinda familiar with applying them, it took me about then minutes go get all my nails done. And what I love about it, you don’t have to wait till your polish is dry! Im always really busy so I love it when I can just do other stuff right away!
The design is really great. Sephora also has some that look similar like these but these flowers are way better! I’ve used top coat on one hand, my other hand I only used the nail patches without anything else. The patches do last for a long time but only when you add the top coat, without the top coat you could already see the edges at the end of my nail starting to chip, but my hand with the top coat looked perfect!
I’m really a sucker for flowers and these cute and classy designs. Hope you like them asw well! Now I’m going to get some sleep, did a lot of shopping today and have to work tomorrow!
Love,
Demelza
These nail patches are available at KKCenterHK for just $5.86

KKCenterHK Nail Strips: Swatches and Review by goosesglitter

KKCenterHK has some pretty nifty nail patches. The first kind I tried didn't seem to work well on my nails, but these are much better! These are basically very thin plastic strips.

Most nail patches I've tried that are not actual nail polish have been kind of thick and tend to wrinkle because of the curved shape of some of my nails (if you want to see what I'm talking about, check here).  These are different in that they are very thin and flexible, as well as a bit stretchy.  They worked MUCH better for me than the others (although still not quite as nice as 100% nail polish strips).

KKCenterHK Nail Patches
As you can see in the closeup, I got a few tiny wrinkles on some of the nails, but honestly I got better at it with each nail I did, stretching it just perfectly to minimize the crinkles. Just like the 100% nail polish strips, these take a little bit of practice. Overall, though, they're pretty easy and the result is nice.

I didn't get a chance to test the wear - I only wore them for a day. The problem came in the shower... one and only one of the stickers started to peel up on all the edges. The rest were still stuck nice and tight. I'm not sure what I did differently on that finger, maybe I accidentally touched it and ruined the adhesive before I applied it. Not sure. They were easy to remove though. They peeled off easily without doing any damage, and left the adhesive as a film on the nails that came off right away with polish remover.

As you can see, they come in a sealed package like Incoco, but since these aren't nail polish I don't think they dry out after they're opened. I'm saving the extras for accent nails, so I'll update this post when I find out.

Overall, I actually really liked these!  The design is nice (although I wish the little "tail" of black had fit onto my nails), and they'd be perfect for a special occasion or night out.  They were much easier to manage than other nail patches and didn't bother me with rough or peeling edges.

These can be ordered from the KKCenterHK site here, along with lots of other cool nail patches!

Festive Thankful Nails by fixyourfacemakeup

Happy Thanksgiving to ALL!!!

As a special Thanksgiving feature, I'm showcasing these awesomely festive nail foils from KKcenterHK, an online beauty supply store based out of Hong Kong and one that I'm sure many of you are familiar with. In today's post, I'm also taking the time out to say thank you to the amazing people I met through blogging, particularly all of my international blogger friends and makeup representatives. A special thanks goes out to my friends at KKcenterHK for sponsoring so many of my posts and sending me such awesome products. You guys are the best!!

Product & Description: Flower Pattern Nail Patch #93 Long-wear nail stickers
Advertisement: Nail Foils is a revolutionary, easy-to-use nail system that delivers unbelievably gorgeous nails in minutes
Application: Detailed instructions and application tips are printed on the back of the package.
Claims: 11 day wear; 100% shiny; zero drying time; zero smudging
Contents: 16 pieces of stickers for nails or toes
Price: $5.48
This is my second set of nail patches (initial review here) and I can now give you my tried and tested verdict about this product.

Claim: The patches last up to 11 days
Verdict: TRUE. If applied correctly, the patches will last longer than a week. Application time is relatively quick, but it's tricky because the foils will bubble and come off if they're not smoothed out over the nail. In my initial trial, I wasn't very careful, so 3 out of my 10 nails bubbled and came off after 5 days of wear. Obviously, I couldn't walk around with 3 bare nails, so I peeled off the rest of the stickers.
Claim: Easy and quick application
Verdict: TRUE / FALSE. As mentioned before, the application is rather easy but it isn't quick if you want it to be easy. So, if you need it to be easy, you better take your time and spend at least 2 minutes per nail. The good part is that it gets easier once you get the hang of it! With this second set, only one of my nail foils bubbled, so I'll just replace it with one of the extras once it comes off.
Claim: Wide selection of designs compared to similar products
Verdict: TRUE and Absolutely true. KKcenterHK has a near never-ending selection of nail foils and patches with floral, geometric, graphic and animal print patters, as well as simple pure color patches. The ones I chose to feature today are absolutely perfect for a fun and festive Thanksgiving celebration and I can't wait to let them shine while I carve my Turkey :)) I particularly love the fact that the pattern on each nail foil is different.
Claim: 100% shiny; zero drying time; zero smudging
Verdict: TRUE. These nail stickers are very similar to celeb favorite Minx nails due to their high metallic shine and chrome quality. Given the fact that they are stickers, there is no drying time, no smudging, and no nasty synthetic smells (obviously).

I would absolutely recommend these to anyone looking for a quick nail wardrobe change, as well as new moms, busy working girls, and anyone who loves nail art but isn't a nail artist :)))

SPECIAL: Use my exclusive 10% off coupon good for any merchandise from the KKcenterHK website :)) This coupon ends February 28, 2012, so start shopping by clicking on the coupon link above. Don't forget to enter the code at checkout :))
Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!!!
