Unghii cu Tweety by sunafterstormblog

           Buna, dragelor!

    Azi va arat unghiutele purtate saptamana trecuta. Luna trecuta ati vazut o manichiura cu tatuaje pe baza de apa de la KKCenterHk, le vedeti in imaginea de mai jos. Atunci am folosit macii si va spuneam ca imi doresc ca data viitoare sa aleg modelul cu colivie. Una dintre cititoarele mele dragute, Mirela Crasmaru, mi-a propus sa lipesc si un abtibild cu Tweety (multumesc inca o data pentru idee :*). Deoarece nu aveam un astfel de abtibild, am optat pentru a-l picta. N-a iesit foarte stralucit desi m-am chinuit putin, dar seamana cat de cat, nu? :)

     Pentru aceasta manichiura am folosit urmatoarele:
- oja alba GR;
- oja galben neon Orkide703;
- Flormar 46 (V-am pus link cu o postare de anul trecut, cand aveam unghiutele lungi si am folosit oja aceasta. V-am mai spus ca o ador? <3);
- GR Jolly Jewels 111;
- top coat Diamond Moyra (de la www.baff.ro);
- top coat Rimmel London;
- tatuaje pe baza de apa (de la www.KKCenterHk.com) - le gasiti aici;
- capse albastre (de la www.BornPrettyStore.com).

     La degetul mijlociu am aplicat superba oja Flormar, iar la unghiuta mica galben neon. La aratator am optat pentru GR JJ, dar m-am razgandit si am zis sa incerc sa fac o treime din unghie cu galben. De aceea am aplicat mai intai un strat de oja alba.
     L-am pictat pe Tweety folosind culori acrilice, iar la cealalta unghie am lipit tatuajul. Am sigilat modelele cu top coat-ul Rimmel London deoarece am observat ca cel de la Moyra strange putin tatuajul. Apoi am aplicat si Moyra pentru ca are uscare rapida :)
    Unghia mica am zis sa n-o las simpla, era nevoie de ceva, dar ce? Am ales o capsa albastra din caruselul pe care il vedeti in poza de mai jos. Deja cred ca stiti ce planuiesc, sa folosesc capse din acestea cat mai des. Mi se par tare dragute, putem face o manichiura folosind doar capse sau...sa le folosim pentru a completa manichiura :) Daca va place acest carusel il gasiti aici alaturi de alte produse pentru nail art. Pretul este de 7,59$ (in momentul de fata este la reducere, doar 4,59$). In plus, aveti 10% reducere folosind codul VHL91, iar transportul este gratuit.
     La mana dreapta am optat pentru niste bulinute deoarece nu m-am simtit in stare sa-l pictez pe Tweety cu mana stanga :))

Nail Art for Nubs and KKCenterHk Sneaky by colormesocrazy

What do I have for you today?? I recently reviewed a stamping plate from KKCenterHkthat has a ton of cute floral patterns on it. I decided to use it to do some springy pastel stamping. I keep saying that I need to keep my stamping up and this is just another exercise.

For this design I used:

Maybelline- Bold Gold
Sinful Color- Snow Me White
NYC- Matte Me Crazy

I love this combo and design. Bold Gold is becoming one of my all time favorite go-to stamping polishes. It stamps so nicely and goes great with just about any color.

 

This design was used with one of the images on the plate, but just repeated. 

 

The wording is also from the plate. I was shocked to see that I didn't have any plates with any endearing terms on it. Hehe- would have been great for Valentine's Day!

L'Oreal- Penthouse Pink

 

Yes, it's time for springy colors! I usually skip these because I am a vampy girl at heart and it is so hard for me to get into the pastels.

 

Don't' get me wrong, I love pastels, but I love the dark colors more!  Springtime dilemma!

 

I used a variety of pastels with the stamping plate to create a semi-floral look.

A corset design!! I have been wanting a corset image for some time and this plate has it.  I love how simple get elegant and bold it shows.

KKCenterHk Water Decals Review by colormesocrazy

. I was given the opportunity to review a set of water decals from KKCenterHk. This set is comprised of zebra stripes and barcodes.

I used Wet n' Wild- Ebony Hates Chris and Sinful Colors Snow Me White as my base colors. The application was really simple. You just cut out the design you want to use. Take off the clear plastic protective wrapper. Dip the design in a cup of warm water for a couple seconds. The design should then slide right off. I used tweezers to pull it off the backing and place it correctly on my nail. It was overall really easy to use and I would recommend this for those of us who like the stamped look, but just aren't that great at stamping.
