Hello, again! I got another set of false eyelashes from KKCenterhk. If you remember, a few months ago, I posted a review of two types of lashes from KKCenterhk. Now here's a different type and I believe it's one of their latest lashes :)
If you're not familiar with the brand, here's a little background. KKcenterhk is a Hong Kong-based online store that sells a variety of products like makeup items and tools, false eyelashes, wigs, nail tools and accessories, health and skin care tools, and even clothing items and fashion accessories. If you wanna know more about the brand, visit their website *here.*
These are the ES A748 (Black Spiky Tail False Eyelashes). Compared to the other ones I've tried from the brand, A748 is definitely fuller.
Description (from KKCenterhk website):
- False eyelashes packaged in a box
- 10 pairs in a box
- Brand new in retail packaging
- Make your eyes look bigger and attractive
- Can be reused if you take them off properly
- Suitable for any personage
- Can be used for parties or for professional make-up
- Price: 12.50 USD (568.75 PhP) per box (~P57.00 per pair)
What I think: These are perfect if you want longer and fuller lashes. You may have to cut the band to a length that will fit your eyes. I like that these lashes don't weigh my lids down. The other ones I've tried feel lighter, though. The strands are not stiff, and the band is flexible enough to make application easy. The length of the lashes aren't the same throughout; the middle lashes are a bit longer, making them blend well with your natural lashes. They're quite durable too, and the band doesn't tear easily so these can be used more than once (depending on how gentle you are in handling them, of course).
Here's what the lashes look on me.
Note: I curled my natural lashes and applied a coat of black lengthening mascara before application. I no longer curled the falsies after because I already liked it the way it turned out
At first I thought that this would be a bit too full for an everyday look for me because I have small eyes but I ended up liking how it looks on me. And it blends really well with my natural lashes, as you can see. :)
Eyeliners used in the pics: San San gel eyeliner and Fashion 21 Dipliner
As for the packaging, the lashes were sent to me neatly in a bubble-wrapped box with a plastic holder designed to keep the bands curved.
Since KKCenterhk is Hong Kong-based, shipment to the Philippines takes a long time. It usually takes one month for my packages from other countries to arrive at the QC post office. Then I have to pick them up from there and pay a postal fee of P40.00 per package.
Disclaimer: Product was sent to me by the company for review but the views and opinions expressed in this post are purely mine and based on my own experience with the product.
