My experience with this mascara
Mascara is one must have for me to make my eyes look more defined and opened up.This particular mascara from Yanqina is built to give your lashes some soft lift and appearance from step 1 and then take them to dramatically volumized and long eyelashes from step 2. I've been using this mascara daily and I am absolutely in love with it. The mascara comes in a thick black tube with two caps above it. The uppermost cap holds the brush for step 1, which has very fine bristles and takes small amount of mascara to separate your lashes evenly and coat them barely to give a natural soft finish.
The step 2 mascara has coarse bristles and takes a good amount of mascara on it. I usually remove the excess amount from the bristles by gently rubbing it inside the tube and then apply it. This brush gives more volumized effects to the lashes, which makes them perfect for a party look.

Below are some of the likes and dislikes that I've felt about this mascara:
Likes:
1) I like its innovative packaging to sport its dual purpose in making your lashes go from a day time look to a night time party look. It is very handy and easy to use.
2) The bristles of mascara do make the difference and both the wands serve their purposes pretty efficiently. The Step 1 mascara wand evenly separates the lashes and defines them well with the initial coat and step 2 mascara volumizes them.
3) The most amazing thing that I've found about this mascara is that it doesn't clump your lashes at all. Step 2 followed by step 1 give beautifully lengthened and volumized lashes without any clumping.
4) The mascara wands are pretty long for better control.
5) The way these mascara works I feel that its a great deal at the price, as it almost feels like having 2 mascaras serving separate purposes for the price of 1 :)
6) I have been wearing this mascara daily for office and I like the way it keeps my lashes defined and curled till evening without any touchups. If I have to head out for a party in evening from office, I just need to apply the step 2 part of the mascara and I am ready to bat my lashes for the night out! ;)
7) It feels quite light on my eyes and doesn't make them droopy at all.
Dislikes:
1) The mascara isn't waterproof and does come off when it comes in contact with water. But the upside is that it doesn't smudge or create any mess, you just need a tissue paper to wipe it off and it comes off easily.

Overall verdict:
I've always loved such multi-purpose products and this one is my current favorite. A great mascara for both day and night time look. Definitely recommended.
