I have promised you in my Skittlette Nails post, that I will make a post about soft stamping plates. This is a new technique of nail stamping and I was so excited to try it out. I used to stamp my nails with regular stamping plates. I have wrote about them before (KKCenterHk and MoYou stamping plates). When I first tried the stamping plates I fell in love with them. I used to draw flowers and other images but since I got these plates not only I do my nails in less time but the pictures are so much more beautiful, I could've never drawn them like that. The regular stamping is consisted out of few parts and you need some time to learn how the whole process works.
When it comes to these new soft stamping plates they are different in a few ways. There is only one piece, the plate is also a stamper. I did a little picture tutorial above, on how to use it. First you paint the polish over the image you want. Then you need to get rid of the excess polish and you do this by pressing the stamp towards the paper until the only polish left is the one on the stamp. The last step is transferring the image on the nail simply by rolling the stamp over your nail. And that's it. You can even combine few colors like I did with the roses.
