There's a helpful video on the product page to show you how to work with the nail foil. My first time, I had some trouble getting all the foil to transfer but once I got the hang of it, I had no problems. It does look wrinkled in some spots but I still like it. This particular foil is great for a full mani like I wore here or as an accent nail.

The glue is not included but you can buy a set which includes nail foil and glue.
